In an abundance of caution, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend operations temporarily. The decision was made as a preventative measure in support of social distancing guidelines and the well-being of our team, community and guests. The food at Outlier is American in every sense of the word. Not bound by tradition or notions of authenticity, Chef Anthony Sinsay draws on his Filipino heritage and the freshest Pacific Northwest ingredients to make simple, approachable fare as distinctive as the country itself.

With a focus on craft, the Outlier bar spotlights local spirits, brown liquors, fresh-pressed juices and housemade tinctures in its innovative cocktails. Guests can also sample one of many Washington wines and local craft brews, available on tap, in the bottle or in the can.
